The Hotel Fundador is a modern hotel located on a colonial house made of sillar (EL SILLAR: it is a volcanic stone in Arequipa city, which was used for the constructions of temples, palaces and houses in the city in the colonial period). In the traditional town of San Lázaro The history of the San Lázaro town is very old.
